Jon Darbyshire is the founder, President & CEO of Archer Technologies where he determines the vision, strategy and market direction of the company.

Prior to starting Archer Technologies, Jon was a national Partner with Ernst & Young, responsible for the firm’s Global Information Security Practice. During his tenure with Ernst & Young, Jon developed a market leading security architecture methodology, led 1,500 global security professionals and further established the foundation of his vision for an enterprise security framework. Using this framework, Jon founded and managed eSecurityOnline, a spinout venture of Ernst & Young. 

While at Ernst & Young, Jon recruited and mentored many of the best security subject matter experts in the country. From Jon’s original vision for the automated framework, many of these subject matter experts have moved on to establish security companies and products at Foundstone, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Pentasafe, Predictive Systems, Shavlik Technologies and others.

Today, Jon leads Archer Technologies in the advancement of security knowledge management systems for clients in the Financial Services, Technology and Healthcare industries.

Jon holds a B.S in Finance and Accounting from Kansas State University.
