The successful team players will have expertise in managing IT initiatives including network assessments, network designs, network implementations, security assessments, security designs, security implementations as well as customer paid ethical hacking exercises. This position delivers projects on schedule, within budget and with superior quality; identifies and obtains additional consulting opportunities; prepares Statements of Work, effectively interfaces with all levels of staff; makes formal and spontaneous presentations to clients and management; and produces timely Project Status Reports.

Network & Security Technologies project managers assist clients in the development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide information security and network capabilities. They provide the management and organization structure to a variety of clients that support their overall network and security efforts. They work on projects to ensure that key business processes reflect appropriate risk management considerations and that projects that are delivered reflect the promises made by the organization prior to contracting. They lead or work on projects to assist clients in the development and evaluation of enterprise-wide network and security architectures, designs plans, policies, procedures and practices.

Candidates should have significant expertise in one or more network and security areas, and should have demonstrated outstanding project management experience in a leadership role.

• Managed large network or security roll-out projects

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Program/Project Management Principles including the following:

• 3+ years of experience in project management. Knowledge managing Internet or e-commerce projects necessary
• Strong project management skills with expertise in managing project scope, multi-thread integration, dependencies, and cross-organizational communication
• Experience developing detailed project plan for large complex, multi-threaded, multi-phase efforts
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time, balancing project scope, time, budget, and quality
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills - motivating and managing cross-functional teams, driving consensus and organizational buy-in, mentoring and teaching others, and providing constructive feedback
• Superior abilities in written and verbal communication, negotiation, planning, organization, problem solving, and project execution
• Strong facilitation and documentation abilities
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured, team-oriented environment. Must be willing to work hard and meet deadlines
• Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access applications and other project management tools
• PMI and/or PMP certification is a plus 

Strong written and verbal communications skills required.

In this position, you will be involved with a variety of Internet and Fortune 1000 clients. You will also be working closely with our client base developing network and security solutions as well as dedicating a portion of your time to pre-sale client support.
